Why practise here
Not a fast workout — slow, detailed mindful movement that uses the body to steady and study the mind.
Breath-led movement that quiets overthinking and regulates the nervous system — the real point of yoga.
Led by a Yoga Psychologist — the meaning behind every posture, not just the shapes.
Each batch runs on fixed dates, three days a week. You join a batch — not drop in mid-way.
Inside the practice
Rope-wall alignment, supported inversions and breath-led movement — a real batch at our studio in Piplod, Surat.
