At Avyukta Circle, we take your privacy as seriously as your mental clarity. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it — including our use of the Meta Pixel and advertising technologies — and the choices and rights you have.

Information We Collect

To provide our programs — the Mind Reset, the Superminds Tribe, and our Sound Immersions — and to run our website and advertising, we collect:

Account & Billing Information: Name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, and billing details you provide when you enquire, book a call, or purchase.
Communications: Messages you send us on WhatsApp, through our forms, or by email, and information you share during calls, retreats and sessions.
Usage & Device Data: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and how you interact with our site — collected through cookies, the Meta Pixel, and similar technologies (see Section 03).
Content You Provide: Comments in our community, feedback, and any goals or preferences you share to personalise your experience.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

Deliver Our Services: Grant access to memberships and courses, process payments, and manage your bookings and enquiries.
Communicate With You: Respond to you on WhatsApp or email, send booking confirmations, and share updates about programs you've joined.
Advertising & Measurement: Measure and improve our marketing, and show you relevant ads on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google. This may include building custom and lookalike audiences (see Section 03).
Personalisation: Recommend the sessions, practices or programs most relevant to you.
Security & Legal: Protect our services and members, prevent fraud, and comply with our legal and tax obligations.

Cookies, the Meta Pixel & Advertising Technologies

We use cookies and tracking pixels — including the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. / Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and Google Analytics (GA4) and Google tags — to understand how our site is used and to measure and optimise our advertising on Facebook, Instagram and Google. These load only after you accept cookies on our consent banner.

What these partners receive: Information such as your IP address, device and browser, the pages you view, and actions you take (for example, submitting an enquiry or making a purchase). Meta and Google may combine this with data they already hold about you.
Custom & Lookalike Audiences: We may use this data to reach you, or people similar to you, with relevant ads. We never share your information with these partners for their own independent purposes beyond providing these services to us.
Your choices: You can decline analytics and advertising cookies on our on-site consent banner (clear your cookies to see it again). You can also control personalised ads through Meta's Ad Preferences (facebook.com/adpreferences), your Instagram settings, Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), and your browser's cookie controls. Opting out limits personalised ads but will not stop you seeing ads entirely.

Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service Providers: Trusted partners who help us operate — Razorpay (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Google Firebase (hosting and database), and Interakt / WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging.
Advertising Partners: Meta and Google, as described in Section 03, to measure and deliver our advertising.
Legal Compliance: Authorities or advisors when required by law, or to protect our rights and comply with legal proceedings.
Safety: To protect the safety of our members or the public where we believe there is a genuine risk of harm.

Data Retention & Deletion

Active Members: We keep your data while you are an active member or in active contact with us.
Financial Records: Transaction records are retained as required by Indian tax and accounting law.
Right to Deletion: You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@avyuktacircle.com or messaging us on WhatsApp. We will delete or anonymise it within 90 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

Your Rights & Choices

You have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete information.
Deletion: Request that we erase your personal data (see Section 05).
Opt-Out of Marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, or ask us to stop messaging you on WhatsApp.
Opt-Out of Personalised Ads: Control interest-based advertising through the settings described in Section 03.
Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for any processing that relies on it, at any time.

Children's Privacy & Governing Law

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will remove it.

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By using our website and services you consent to this policy.
