Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent. These terms govern your access to all digital courses, community platforms, and physical programs (Sound Immersions and Retreats) offered by Prachi Tantia and Avyukta Circle.

Professional Identity & Scope of Service
- •Definition of 'Yoga Psychologist': The term "Yoga Psychologist" as used by Prachi Tantia refers specifically to an Educator and Coach specializing in the Psychology of the Mind through the lens of Yoga Philosophy and Indian Sciences.
- •Non-Clinical Nature: This title is an educational designation and is not to be confused with a "Clinical Psychologist," "Licensed Medical Practitioner," or "Psychiatrist" as defined by government medical councils.
- •Guiding Support: Our programs offer guiding support for mental well-being. We do not provide clinical diagnoses, medical treatments, or hospital-based interventions.
- •Non-Harmful & Non-Medical: Our methods are 100% natural, focused on self-healing, and do not involve the prescription of medicine.

Intellectual Property Rights
- •Ownership: All content, including but not limited to Yoga Psychology frameworks, the "Clarity Culture" methodology, video modules, PDFs, and Sound Healing protocols, is the sole intellectual property of Prachi Tantia and Avyukta Circle.
- •Limited License: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your own self-healing.
- •Prohibitions: You are strictly forbidden from recording, duplicating, or re-teaching our proprietary content for commercial purposes without an official certification from the Coaching Collective.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
- •Commitment Policy: We believe transformation requires 100% "skin in the game." Therefore, all payments made for Digital Memberships, Coaching Programs, Sound Immersions, and Retreats are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- •No Pro-rated Refunds: If you choose to cancel your Superminds Tribe membership mid-month, you will retain access until the end of the billing cycle, but no partial refunds will be issued.
- •Retreat Logistics: Due to advance bookings for travel and accommodation, retreat deposits are final and non-refundable.

Community Code of Conduct
To maintain the vibration of the Superminds Tribe, all members must agree to:
- •Confidentiality: Respect the "Raw and Unfiltered" stories shared by other members.
- •Zero Spam: No promotion of outside products or competing coaching services.
- •Respect: Zero tolerance for harassment or disruptive behavior. Avyukta Circle reserves the right to remove any member who violates these rules without a refund.

Health & Results Disclaimer
- •Individual Effort: We provide the tools for Mind Clarity, but your results depend entirely on your discipline, food, sleep, and routine. We do not guarantee specific life outcomes.
- •Not Medical Advice: While Prachi is a Yoga Psychologist, our programs are for educational and self-healing purposes. They are not a replacement for clinical care.
- •Sound Healing: Participants in Sound Immersions confirm they are in good health. If you have a history of sound-sensitive seizures or are pregnant, please consult a doctor before attending.
- •Medical Consultation: If you are currently under psychiatric care, we strongly advise you to inform your doctor before starting any intensive mental discipline program.

Account Security & Professionalism
- •Single User License: Your account is personal. Sharing login credentials to the Coaching Collective or the Superminds Tribe is strictly prohibited.
- •Accuracy: You agree to provide truthful and complete information when registering.
- •Community Conduct: To maintain our "Clarity Culture," we have zero tolerance for harassment, spamming, or the promotion of competing products within our community spaces.

Limitation of Liability
Avyukta Circle and its founders shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our educational materials. You agree to use this information at your own risk and discretion.

Changes to Terms
We evolve as the movement grows. We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes your acceptance of the new “Contract of Clarity.”

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
